Job description
We're seeking an Office Manager who can advance our culture with their personable nature and attentiveness while also demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and the ability to drive tasks to completion while keeping all C-Team informed. The office manager will work in The Hague office and oversee the office's operations, including providing general administrative support, acting as the first point of contact, and providing general support in the office for colleagues and visitors.
Responsibilities
Office management The Hague office
Facility management for all employees/entire organization
The receptionist at The Hague. Answering the phone, handling incoming and outgoing mail and shipments, and welcoming visitors.
Admin support for our C-team, finance, and People team
Community building, celebrating our culture, and organizing online & offline events.
Benefits
The envisioned salary range for this position is €2500-3200 per month (excluding 8% holiday pay), depending on experience. Besides that, we offer Stock Appreciation Rights and a 4% learning budget. In addition, you’ll get an Apple Macbook Pro (M2!) to work on.
Job requirements
Required skills
You have experience in the role.
English - Working proficiency level.
Dutch - Advanced level.
Your background includes office management, MBO, bachelor's degree, hotel school, event management, or facility management.
Preferable with experience with startups, scaleups, small businesses, or dynamic companies.
You actively engage with others to optimize processes and reduce bottlenecks.
You’re detail-oriented.
You have organizational skills, good time management practices, and adopt the multitasking technique.
You can build good relationships at work. Requires trust, respect, self-awareness, inclusion, and open communication.
You must live in The Netherlands, near the office in The Hague.
You want to work 30 to 40 hours a week.
Be able to work onsite at the office from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility to adjust it).
You’re positive/energetic, with a willingness to help.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
