At Solar monkey, we love making an impact by accelerating the transition to solar energy. We do this by giving solar installers superpowers with our innovative software. This allows them to work much more effectively and install even more solar installations. With our software, installers can easily design, sell and maintain solar power systems remotely. What will you be doing
- You will manage general customer service inquiries regarding our software service.
- You will assist with post-sale administrative and support tasks on behalf of the Sales Team.
- You translate questions into solutions and help implement them.
- You provide support for all activities taking place in the operations department, from analytics to facility management.
- Positive Attitude, Not a lone wolf, knows how to strike up a conversation, tries to understand what makes others tick.
- Business Acumen, Has feeling for commercial interests.
- Bold, Dares to decide and stand by their decision. Sees the work that needs doing.

What's in it for you?
An annual gross salary ranges between €26.400 and €32.400, depending on experience and skills.

Where will you be doing this?
Our headquarters are in The Hague, but this position will be based in Malaga or Madrid. We do have a hybrid-friendly culture, and in fact, almost half the company works remotely. So you will enjoy lots of freedom on where and when to do your work.
Who are we looking for?
You have 2+ years of experience as people operations specialist/generalist
You have experience in an international Start/Scale Up environment
You have knowledge of Operations, Customer Service and experience with commercial and Sales is a plu
You have experience in the analysis, improvement and implementation of processes
You operate with a high level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and possess strong core values
You are fluent in Spanish and English.
You live in Malaga or Madrid and will be able to come to the office 2-3 days / week in Malaga.
